- Delivery at ASTEC warehouse at one of the following 2 addresses:
+ Address of warehouse 1: 2nd floor, Building D Viet Duc Complex, Lane 164 Khuat Duy Tien, Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi.
+ Address of warehouse 2: Van Giap village, Van Binh commune, Thuong Tin district, Hanoi.
- Transport fee:
Buyer bears all shipping costs from ASTEC warehouse to buyer's address.
Note: ASTEC or the shipping unit will charge the shipping fee and notify the buyer directly before proceeding with the delivery.
When the Buyer receives the goods, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods.
If damage or deviation is detected in the condition of the goods, the buyer will confirm with the forwarder and immediately notify ASTEC.
- Delivery time:
+ For goods that are available in stock: Delivery within 24 hours or at the request of the buyer
+ For goods that are not available in stock: Delivery time will be notified specifically to the buyer
