Our technical staff will check and confirm the product status to advise and handle for customers.
We are committed to exchanging products if the product you receive cannot be used due to a manufacturer's fault.

- Full range of accessories.
– Warranty card, user manual, etc. intact
- Warranty card is still under warranty
(If the Warranty Card expires, the customer will have to pay for that warranty.
Warranty cost in this case will be notified directly to customers by ASTEC)
In case the purchased item is defective
Please check the goods before signing for receipt. In the event that your product is damaged in transit, please refuse to accept it and return the product to us. At the same time, immediately notify customer support so that we can send you another product.
The product delivered is not according to the order
If the product delivered to you does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible, our system will check, if your order is wrong, we will replace the item(s) you requested (when in stock).
Warranty period
The warranty period will be calculated according to the regulations of each product type, usually 06 months.
